Dropper Assemblies (Plastic or Glass)

Dropper assemblies consist of at least a pipette and bulb (and usually a cap). The following pages will give you an idea of the scope of products we can offer.

Dosage
Pipettes can have printed calibrations or dispense on a per drop basis. For per drop dosages, samples of varied tip style pipettes are available. New pipettes can be made to order as well as having modifications made to existing pipettes.

Printing
We have extensive stock printing dies to meet your needs. If a stock die doesn't meet your needs one can be made for a one time art work charge. Most prints are in Black, however custom colors are also available (as well as alcohol resistant inks).

Wrapping
Droppers can be packed off in bulk or wrapped. Individual wrapping is available on high speed wrapping equipment.

Bulbs
Bulbs are offered in a wide array of sizes, styles and colors. (Please see Chart # 1 for standard sizes)

The WR Bulbs have a pronounced ring. The SR Bulb is smooth.

Closures
Caps are available from several vendors. Standard Sizes colors are Black and White, Custom colors are available but require certain minimum quantities. Caps are available in CT (continuous thread) or CRCs (child resistant closures).

Pipettes
Plastic pipettes are primarily molded in LDPE. Other materials are available upon request. These can be molded in three styles; Pointed Tip, Blunt Tip and Stub. We can also provide dropper pipettes in type III glass.
